Seat Fillers Rules Agreement

This Seat Fillers Rules Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that govern the participation of seat fillers during events organized by BlinkShow TV & Music Publishing, LLC. Please carefully read and adhere to the following rules:

1. Eligibility:

   a. Fillers must be at least 18 years of age or have explicit written permission from a parent or legal guardian.

   b. Fillers must present a valid ID and any other required credentials upon request.

2. On-site Instructions:

   a. Fillers must follow all verbal and written instructions provided by the assigned staff or event organizers.

   b. Fillers should arrive at the designated check-in area at least 60 minutes before the event starts for briefing and further instructions.

3. Conduct and Etiquette:

   a. Fillers must maintain a professional demeanor and conduct themselves respectfully.

   b. Fillers shall not engage in disruptive behavior or obstruct the view of other attendees.

   c. Fillers should refrain from using mobile phones or any electronic devices that may distract or disturb others during the event.

   d. Fillers are not allowed to consume food or beverages within the designated event are, unless otherwise specified.

4. Dress Code:

   a. Fillers must adhere to the dress code guidelines provided by the Company or the event organizers.

   b. Appropriate attire typically includes business casual or more formal attire, unless otherwise indicated.

5. Seating:

   a. Fillers must vacate a seat promptly when requested to do so by the event staff or the rightful ticket holder.

   b. Fillers may be required to move to a different seat or section during the course of the event, following the instructions of the event staff.

6. Recording and Photography:

   a. Fillers shall not engage in any form of audio or video recording, including ANY photography, unless explicitly permitted by the event organizers.

   b. Fillers are expected to respect the intellectual property rights of performers and artists, refraining from unauthorized dissemination or sharing of event content.

7. Confidentiality:

   a. Fillers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive or behind-the-scenes information witnessed or learned during the event.

   b. Fillers shall not disclose any such information to external parties without prior written permission from the Company.

8. Indemnification:

   Fillers agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and event organizers from any liability, damage, or claims arising from their participation as seat fillers.

9. Termination:

   The Company reserves the right to terminate Fillers' participation at any time for non-compliance with the Agreement or any misconduct that may disrupt the event.

By participating as a seat filler in our events, you acknowledge your acceptance and understanding of the rules outlined in this Agreement. Failure to abide by these rules may result in exclusion from future opportunities. Thank you for your cooperation and contribution to our events.
