Welcome to BlinkShow TV. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of blinkshowtv.com and participation in our text messaging program. “BlinkShow TV,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BlinkShow TV & Music Publishing, LLC.

1. Our Services

BlinkShow TV provides media production, entertainment programming, music marketing, publishing-related services, talent development, and event promotion, including programming associated with the Las Vegas Black Music Awards.

Specific services, bookings, memberships, sponsorships, and artist relationships may require separate written agreements. Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement, that agreement controls for the services it covers.

2. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us, making purchases, or submitting materials. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, or submit unlawful or infringing content.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

Website content—including original graphics, logos, videos, photographs, text, and music—is owned by BlinkShow TV or its respective owners and licensors. Except as permitted by law or an applicable license, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit this content without permission from the appropriate rights holder.

Purchasing or downloading content does not transfer copyright or grant broadcast, synchronization, resale, or other commercial rights unless expressly stated.

4. Submissions and Opportunities

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for materials you submit to us. Submitting music, videos, applications, or other materials does not guarantee selection, airplay, coverage, representation, award recognition, or compensation.

Any rights granted for publication, distribution, or promotional use will be addressed in the applicable submission terms or separate agreement.

5. Purchases, Events, and Services

Prices, deliverables, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund conditions will be disclosed with the applicable offer, checkout, or agreement. Please review those conditions before purchasing.

Event schedules, guests, and programming may change. Changes affecting purchased services or admission will be handled under the applicable purchase terms and law.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program: BlinkShow TV Text Updates.

When you expressly opt in, BlinkShow TV may send texts about your inquiries, appointments, bookings, service updates, events, programming, and—if you separately consent to marketing—promotional offers. Messages will reflect the purposes described when you subscribe.

Providing a phone number or visiting our website does not, by itself, authorize promotional texts. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To unsubscribe: Reply STOP to a text from us. You may receive one confirmation message; further program texts will stop unless you opt in again.
