I've directed and produced private, independent, commercial, video, and film projects for the past 30 yrs. 

My mission is to lift the voices of every person with dreams and goals through coaching and training. Every idea that is brought forth to a Talent is an idea that may change the world. As a talent management and development consultant, I don't have to change the world I just have to challenge your mind. 

Born Cris, I've always had a love for entertainment and helping others. Coaching and training with BlinkShow TV is the most rewarding job I could ever wish for. Being the host and being a CEO and running a business is very tough but I love the results for a client's project and the smile on their face when we help them reach a goal they have had. It is truly rewarding.

The team's youngest member is Xia Freeman, son of Kris and Antonio Freeman. 

Xia is knowledgeable in the world of social media, video trends and posts, and social media hacks and in addition to finding out what's hot on YouTube, he always finds what's the best strategy for the company. 

While Xia is also amongst the Talent Development Professionals, he still does play video games and watch TikTok and YouTube videos, he enjoys sleeping or even taking a nap after a long day at school while still finding time for coaching and training.

Destiny Good is the founder of D. Good Publicity and she is an extremely valuable asset of BlinkShow TV. 

D. Good Publicity is a professional Public Relations Company here in the Las Vegas Valley.

Over the past few years,  Destiny has grown into a comprehensive Public Relations service provider that plans, executes, and monitors the results of media campaigns and PR events.  She has managed long-term media campaigns for individuals, products, service providers, and ideas, alongside hosting events like, media conferences, arranging coverage for seminars and other relevant client activities.

Destinys' goal is to expand relationships with BlinkShow TV clients and provide clients with the top of line PR available in the country.

Beatrice Davis is the founder of Sassy Bea Entertainment and another extremely valuable asset of BlinkShow TV. 

Beatrice Davis is a professional Public Relations Trailblazer, innovative and resilient are three words used to describe Beatrice H. Davis. Born and raised in Switzerland, she moved in her early teens to Germany and after receiving her bachelor’s degrees in fashion/millinery/fur design, she packed up her suitcase and moved to the USA. After a couple of years adjusting to a new lifestyle, she was presented with the opportunity to work for Jive Records in Chicago. Jive Records allowed her to learn how the entertainment industry works and gave her the foundation to become the first female tour manager. Through her years of experience, Beatrice has worked with many of the leading entertainers, actors, athletes, corporations, nonprofits and some remarkable entertainment industry notables. 

She is an entrepreneur, using her skills and knowledge as a mentor and consultant to support her clients with the best information, facts and newest trends. Beatrice has a proven ability to consistently consult and govern projects utilizing effective communication, cohesive team building strategies and priority management skills. Featured in many magazines, books and interviews, she excels in fostering new alliances with a depth of vision to inspire achievement while maximizing strengths in others. 

Sassy B Worldwide Productions, Inc. was established to bring her expertise of worldwide red carpets, celebrity events, concert touring, branding, and image and lifestyle consulting to entertainers. The name, Sassy B, reflects her personality and was given to her while on the road. Her clientele reaches across the world of sports, movies and film, politics, fashion & beauty, corporate and speakers. Beatrice continually challenges herself with new projects. She teamed up with a few colleagues and developed the online magazine NSAEN, LLC (No Strings Attached E-News) and NSAEN online film festival. Her latest projects, “Sassy B Kaffee Klatsch” (a gossip show that brings together friends from all ages and backgrounds to discuss the world and touches on topics most people shy away from) showcases more of her fun side and outgoing personality. 

Ida Collins, With nearly two decades of experience as an award-winning poet and performance artist, Solid Truth has curated, produced, and hosted countless spoken word poetry events, artist showcases, webinars, and workshops. Her magnetic presence has graced the stage of numerous stage plays, leaving audiences captivated and inspired. As the founder of Solid Truth LLC, she embodies her mission as a motivational speaker, teaching artist, dedicated non-profit fundraiser, and an advocate for domestic violence and sexual abuse prevention.

Solid Truth’s true passion lies in uplifting and motivating others to embrace their inner strength. With a blend of spiritual energy and cerebral optimism, she fearlessly shares her truth, igniting sparks of enlightenment and awakening in every soul she touches. Drawing from her own journey as a survivor of domestic violence, Solid Truth offers a beacon of hope to those seeking transformation, urging them to reclaim their power and rewrite their narratives.

Talent Acquistions, Head of Nigerian Affairs

Ms. Pam Sam, TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT. Head of Nigerian Affairs for BlinkShow TV and Music Publications  LLC. She has a BBA from the University of Houston in Texas USA specializing in Marketing.   Ms. Sam has great experience marketing major corporations such as the New York Times Newspaper, Clairol Hair Products, American Tobacco, and Verizon to the public.  She had hands-on control for millions of dollars for these corporations.  As an entrepreneur, she owned a Homevestors franchise and built it into a multimillion dollar venture.  Her skills in keeping the team on point and viable to meet our developmental deadlines will be utilized.

Our goal is to bring a meaningful supportive system that provides the artists in Nigeria with the tools needed to market and distribute their crafts.

Eric, a seasoned professional with a background in both corporate management and entertainment, has always been drawn to music and performance. With roots as a military dependent and service in the US Navy, he found opportunities to showcase his DJ skills worldwide, including memorable performances during Desert Storm aboard the USS John F. Kennedy. 

Returning to Jacksonville, he gained recognition as "Russian Roulette" on 92.7 FM The Beat, later expanding his reach as a franchise DJ with Complete Music. Specializing in destination weddings, he transitioned into corporate management, excelling in workforce development and hiring. Relocating to Las Vegas in 2019, he founded Roulette Enterprises, and within a year, he has made notable appearances as a DJ at major events like Las Vegas New Year's Eve celebrations and the NFL Draft Party. 

Eric is not only a respected veteran but also holds top ratings and affiliations, ensuring professionalism and quality in all endeavors.
