Rico's personality and charm is unique. His charisma is undeniably attractive to his events appearances, which led to constant questions if he is a radio or tv host—always having new ideas and ready for new
adventures.
He gave the idea of a talk show serious consideration. Brainstorming with his dance partner Valerie Moreno, they developed the
"Rico No Suave Talk Show" concept. Since the first show aired in July 2018, the interviews started with local names and have emerged into
full-time production. The first two years, the show booked guests from all walks of life, which allowed him to grow and expand. However, due to
the show's popularity, the concentration of high-profile guests has reached another level.
Due to Covid, the show had to hold for a few months, but that time allowed Rico and Valerie to expand their production staff and interview via virtual great renowned people. As the restrictions loosened up, the guests got invited to be in person on the show. The guest list reaches from Comedian Joey Villagomez Comedy Central, Former NBA Basketball
Player Kendall Gill, Chicago NFL Alumni President, Michael Blair, former NFL pro player Charlie Brown, Simon Chandler, Ken Harris, Marc E May, Angel Lopez, DJ Non-Stop, which is DMX personal DJ, Boxing Hall of Famer Luis Mateo, Actress Yennifer Behrens, Hip Hop Pioneer Kurtis Blow, Podcaster and Public Speaker "The Scary Guy". Nascar professional driver Matt Jaskol.
